Managing Director

Geoff’s passion lies in all aspects of business development from articulating strategies to empowering businesses to deliver change. Geoff is motivated by helping Managing Directors/CEO’s to create a vision for their business and then develop strategies to bring it to life. He finds it personally rewarding when a business is satisfied with its achievements.  Geoff takes great pride and satisfaction in listening to where people want to go with their business and has the skills and experience to then transform those ideas into success.  Geoff's expertise and experience has extended nationally and internationally and Geoff has also been invited to speak at national forum's about the projects he has undertaken.
Cheryl Adams
Director/Principal Organisational Psychologist

Cheryl enjoys supporting others where she can truly engage, encourage and support people and their business to identify, understand and achieve their full potential through incorporate organisational psychology principles into business strategy.  Cheryl’s passion is emotional intelligence (EI) and increasing people’s knowledge and understanding of EI. Emotional Intelligence is key to the success of any business or individual and Cheryl’s workshops explain how to comprehend and harness EI and improve interpersonal communications and business return on investment.  Cheryl, who is a fully qualified psychologist, has been recognised in her field by being awarded a full member to the College of Organisational Psychologists  

Geoff Sondergeld - Bio


Geoff Sondergeld is an experienced and qualified business consultant who specialises in strategic planning, functional strategy development and operational planning. For the past twenty years Geoff has occupied senior management positions for companies such as Coca-Cola Amatil, Australia Post and James Hardie with a particular focus in the area of supply chain and business productivity. 

During his career Geoff has worked across a range of industry sectors including general manufacturing, retail, multimedia, food and beverage, plastics and IT, which means his knowledge is not only broad it is also widespread. As a specialist consultant Geoff has delivered a range of organisational performance improvement projects and has extensive experience in strategic and operational roles in general management. 

Geoff is a graduate of The Australian Institute of Company Directors and with a Batchelor of Business degree majoring in Operations Management and Marketing and a Diploma of Export Management Geoff is not only academically qualified but is highly experienced and competent. His skill and comprehension of the business world means that his end to end process expertise in marketing, sales, procurement, production planning, distributions management, human capital solutions etc. is second to none. This is why Geoff has been sought after to work with some of Australia’s most prominent companies and retailers.

Cheryl Adams - Bio


Cheryl, is an organisational psychologist who has high-level business management skills that focus on the area of human resources and leadership. With over twenty years’ experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, including the NSW Police Service, Cheryl has established a highly successful consultancy career working with a variety of large and small companies. 

Cheryl has also worked with a diverse range of clients from the health, banking, retail, manufacturing and professional service areas, which means her experience and knowledge is widespread.  This knowledge and experience is not only recognised by the clients she works with it has also been formally recognised by her profession, who granted her full membership to the College of Organisational Psychology in 2010. 

With a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, Honours in Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy degree, Cheryl is not only an experienced consultant she is also a highly qualified professional who is passionate about incorporating the principles of organisational psychology into business strategy.  By facilitating workshops that enhance interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence, Cheryl is able to provide the tools necessary for any business to be successful and prosperous. Cheryl’s skills include workshop facilitation and development, coaching, training, psychological testings, interviews and focus groups, statistical analysis and evaluation as well as management and organisational consultation.
